Emilio Laso there such a town planning led us because apparently in the middle environment they knew nothing, asked urban total in the environmental impact study of the second phase expansion of the circle because I thought the mill was included (but I said no, and then once approved they are going to develop it imapact makes another environmental study for the mill and I guess for anything else).
